The Winemaker's Co-Op Spring Portfolio Tasting
The Winemaker’s Co-Op was founded in 2015 with the common goal of increasing the quality and perception of the fine wines of New Jersey. Member wineries aim to produce benchmark dry wines from estate‑grown vinifera (European) varieties that illuminate the differences in soil and climate that exist throughout the Garden State. Through a series of intimate tasting events, industry outreach and communication with the press, these wineries have established themselves as leaders of fine wine production on the East Coast. By spearheading essential industry research and development, Co-Op members are striving to push the boundaries of quality with each new vintage.
This two-day event will feature a roster of well-regarded East Coast winemakers, academics and viticulturists focused on how to implement strategic viticulture and cellar practices to produce benchmark wines; and the economic drivers behind them.

Visiting Working Dog Winery
- We are food friendly, it is ok to bring nibbles & snacks, but never birthday cake
- Groups of up to 5 are permitted on the patio & inside tasting facility
- Groups larger must enjoy the winery on the grass. Bring a chair, small table, even pop-up tent
- Dogs are welcome on the grass beyond the cones, never on patio or inside tasting facility. Leashes are required
- Friendly reminder, we are 21 & over only: no exceptions
- Groups of up to 15 are permitted but only in specific areas on the grass. Check in with welcoming attendant for guidance. In inclement weather large groups must return to their cars.
