Wine Maker's Co-Op 2023 Pinot Blend is available at any of the Wine Maker's Co-Op locations: Working Dog, Hawk Haven, William Heritage, Unionville, and  Beneduce Wineries. 

Our expression of the Open Source Cabernet Franc is an elegant, medium bodied wine presenting complex aromas of sweet vanilla, baking spices, cherry cola and tobacco.  The fruit driven palate offers notes of black cherry, red raspberry, black currant and roasted tomato balanced by silky tannins and refreshing acidity. 

PAIRINGS:  Turkey, Quiche Lorraine, Pork Tenderloin and Shrimp Cocktail

50/50 Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Medium Ruby color. Strawberry, raspberry, vanilla, and cassis on the nose. Black plum, roasted sweet red pepper, and cocoa powder on the palate with dusty tannins on the finish. Take note of the way it is ever-evolving in the glass from first sip to last.
