Working Dog Winery strives to make sure that everyone who visits is provided with a positive wine experience. In order to ensure that your time with us is enjoyable, we have updated our policies, effective April 14, 2019.
- IMPORTANT: All outside beverages are not permitted, however, soft drinks, water and Gatorade are available for purchase inside the tasting room. PLEASE NO WATER of any kind. Water will be provided for visiting dogs.
- Working Dog Winery is food friendly, but our intention is for nibbles and snacks ONLY, (for example: small blocks of cheese, crackers, fruit) but, NEVER hoagies, platters of any kind, pizzas, birthday cakes, cupcakes, etc.
- We do NOT take reservations, all available space is first come first serve.
- Beginning October 1, 2020 Working Dog Winery is 21 and older only. Please, no children or strollers .
- Groups larger than 8 are prohibited at this time as COVID-19 requirements remain in place. Please check out our COVID-19 policy page for additional information on group size and group seating.
- Organized birthday parties and celebrations are not permitted. No balloons, gifts, folding tables, grills, etc.
- Business functions are not permitted during tasting room hours.
- In accordance with the New Jersey Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, NO alcohol other than Working Dog wine may be consumed anywhere on our property. Any violations will be confiscated.
- No one under the age of 21 will be permitted to the winery.
- Coolers larger than a lunchbox are not permitted. Coolers and bags are subject to inspection at our discretion. Due to COVID-19, we cannot offer our glasses for single use. We have glasses available for purchase and these are yours to keep. Alternately, you can BRING YOUR own wine glasses, but please NO GLASSES with lids.
- Working Dog Winery is dog friendly but dogs must be outside in the lawn area and never on the patio. If your dog is a barker, Working Dog Winery is not the place to visit.
- Please be respectful of your fellow patrons in the tasting room and grounds. Loud and disorderly behaviors are distractions to others trying to enjoy their winery visit. We are a winery, not a bar.
- Changing the seating arrangement in the tasting room and outside is not permitted (no moving barrels, tables, etc.).
- Although we normally permit playing Frisbee, corn hole, having a catch, and flying a kite in designated areas, these activities are prohibited at this time due to COVID-19. Activities involving bats, sticks, and clubs are never allowed as they can be dangerous to others.
- Limos/bus tours must arrive before noon.
- Policies are subject to change at Working Dog’s discretion to ensure the best possible wine experience for all patrons.
